    Burst pipe? Water heater down?

Shut it off. Then call us.

Call and we’ll confirm the next available visit from our Niles yard. Tell us the shut-off is closed and we skip the triage.

    1. 01
Find the house shut-off. Usually a lever or wheel on the garage wall or the front hose bib. Turn it clockwise until it stops.
    2. 02
Open the lowest tap. A hose bib or laundry sink drains the lines and takes the pressure off the leak.
    3. 03
Gas heater? Set it to Vacation. Don’t turn the gas off at the meter unless you smell gas.
    4. 04
Call, then take a photo. The photo tells us which parts to bring. Most leaks are fixed on the first visit.

    What a visit looks like

A service call, hour by hour.

Planned jobs get a written scope first. Emergencies skip to step two.

    1. 0:00

      You call or book

We ask four questions and text you a two-hour window and the plumber’s name.

    2. 0:45

Text when we’re 15 min out

Shoe covers on, drop cloths down, water shut-off shown to you before anything is opened.

    3. 1:00

      Diagnose and show you

Camera or meter reading on the screen, in your hand. Options explained before we start.

    4. 1:20

      Fix it, test it

Pressure-tested to 100 PSI, drains run full, heater fired and checked for CO.

    5. 3:00

      Photos and a two-year warranty

Before/after photos sent by text. Labor warranty in writing, parts per maker.

      In writing

      Three promises, on the invoice.

      • Two-year labor warranty

If our work leaks, we come back and fix it. No call-out charge, no argument.

      • The window holds

We confirm your appointment window and let you know if it changes.

      • Scope before work

Planned jobs get a written scope and a yes from you before anyone opens a wall.

      Financing

Repipes and heaters, by the month.

Financing is available through our lending partner. Terms come after your site visit, once there is a written scope to finance.

      How financing works
      • Whole-house repipes, water heaters and sewer laterals qualify; small repairs are paid on the day
      • Application is online with the lender, about ten minutes; we are not part of the credit decision
      • Nothing is due to us until the scope is signed; you can use your own bank instead and the schedule does not change

      FAQ

      Straight answers.

      More on the FAQ page.

Do you charge to come out?

For repairs there is a diagnostic visit, quoted when you book and credited against the work if you go ahead. Planned jobs (repipes, heaters, remodel rough-ins) get a free site visit and a written scope.

      Who pulls the permit?

We do, with the City of Fremont, for water heaters, repipes and sewer work. The inspection is booked by us and the sticker goes on before we close the invoice.

How fast can you get here?

Call to check the next available visit in Fremont, Newark, Union City or Milpitas. We confirm the arrival window when booking.

Will the water be off all day on a repipe?

No. We stage the work so you have cold water every evening and hot water from day two. Two to four days for a typical three-bath house.

      What areas do you cover?

All of Fremont: Niles, Centerville, Irvington, Mission San Jose, Warm Springs, Ardenwood, Glenmoor and Brookvale, plus Newark, Union City and Milpitas.
