Service 03
Drains & sewer
Cable, hydro-jet and camera for slow drains. Sewer lateral repair and trenchless replacement for the ones that keep coming back, cleaned up to the lawn.
What the visit includes
Everything on the invoice.
- Cable through the clean-out first; hydro-jet when the cable comes back with roots or grease
- Camera run after clearing so you see the pipe, not a guess
- Clean-out installed where the house has none
- Lateral repair: spot repair, pipe burst or open trench, whichever the camera says
- City of Fremont sewer permit and inspection handled by us
- Lawn, pavers and planting put back; we photograph before we dig

Questions
Asked every week.
Why does the drain keep blocking?
Roots through old clay joints, a belly holding water, or a broken section catching paper. The camera tells us which; cabling alone only buys time.
Trenchless or dig?
Pipe bursting pulls a new HDPE pipe through the old one from two pits. It works for most straight runs. Collapsed pipe or a change of direction usually means open trench.
Who owns the lateral?
In Fremont the homeowner owns the lateral to the property line and usually to the main. We confirm with the city before we quote.
