Financing
Repipes and heaters, by the month.
Financing is available through our lending partner. Terms come after your site visit, once there is a written scope to finance. Not an offer of credit.
What is financeable
The bigger jobs.
If it is on the written scope, it can usually be in the loan.
- Whole-house repipes, including drywall closing and permit
- Water heaters: tank, tankless and heat-pump conversions
- Sewer lateral repair and replacement
- Remodel rough-ins when they are part of a written scope
- Whole-house filtration and softening
- Small repairs are paid on the day; they are not financed
How it works
Four steps,
none of them ours.
We introduce you. The lender decides. You pay us the same way either way.
Site visit and written scopeDay 0 – 2
The lender needs a scope to lend against. That is the same document you need to decide.
ApplicationSame week
Online, about ten minutes, with the lender directly. We are not part of the credit decision.
TermsWithin days
The lender sends terms for the amount on the scope. Fixed monthly payment.
Work and drawsDuring the job
Funds release at the same points as our progress payments: start, rough inspection, final.
Good to know
The plain version.
- Terms, rates and approval are set by the lender, not by Brightwater Plumbing
- Nothing is due to us until the scope is signed
- You can use your own bank or a home-equity line instead; the schedule does not change
- California limits a contractor’s deposit to a small fixed amount or ten percent, whichever is less, however you pay
