24/7 · no cooling, no heat
No heating or cooling? Call to check the next available visit.
Heat wave or cold snap, a system that quits is the call we take first. Night, weekend and holiday calls are answered by a person, not a queue.
- 0:00 You call. A dispatcher asks what the thermostat says and what the unit is doing.
- 0:10 A text with the technician’s name and arrival window.
- ≤ 2:00 On site. Most no-cool calls are a capacitor, a contactor or a clogged drain, fixed on the first visit.

What neighbors say the week after.
“The old unit shook the bedroom wall every morning. The new one I have to go outside to hear. Scope came by email the same evening as the walk-through.”
“They showed us the CO reading on the old furnace before touching anything. That was the whole decision. New one in the following Tuesday.”
“No cooling on the hottest Saturday of the year, 1:40 p.m. call, technician here by 3:15. Capacitor. Back to normal by 3:40.”

Journal
Read before you call.
How fast do you come out when the AC quits?
Call to check the next available visit in Santa Clara and nearby communities. We confirm the technician and arrival window when booking.
Do you quote prices on the phone?
No, and the home page will not either. We measure first, then put the scope and the price in writing the same day, with model numbers.
Heat pump or furnace?
For most homes replacing both, a ducted heat pump. If your furnace is young we keep it as backup. The sizing planner above gives you the first pass.
Will my ducts work with a new system?
We test them before we quote. Under 20% leakage and the right sizes, yes. Otherwise the duct work is a line in the scope, not a surprise.
What about rebates?
Utility and federal heat-pump incentives are filed by us. The reservation goes in with the permit so the money is there at install.
Is the maintenance plan priced on this site?
No. Visit counts and what is included are on the plan cards. The figure follows a look at your system.
