Equipment and readings.

  • Variable-speed heat pump, 3 tons, 17 SEER2 / 8.7 HSPF2
  • New matched coil in the existing furnace, kept as dual-fuel backup
  • Line set replaced with 3/8 and 3/4 in., insulated, in a painted cover
  • New 24 × 36 pad, surge protector, whip and disconnect
  • Charge: 10.2°F superheat, 11°F subcooling at commissioning
