Site walk and scope
The written scope comes first. Financing is a way to pay for it, never a reason to change it.
- Day 1
Application
A short online application with our lending partner, usually decided the same day.
- Week 1
Incentives netted off
Utility and federal heat-pump incentives are reserved and deducted before the financed amount is set.
- Week 2
Install
Nothing is drawn down until the system is commissioned and you have the readings.
