Questions
Asked on most site walks.
Should I replace the furnace at the same time?
If the furnace is over 15 years old or the coil has to be replaced anyway, usually yes: the labor overlaps and you get one matched system. We show you both scopes.
How long does an AC install take?
One day for a straight replacement. Two if the line set runs through finished walls or the electrical needs upgrading.
Do you work on Eichlers and homes with no attic?
Yes. Those usually point to ductless or a slim-duct heat pump; we size it room by room.
