Our approach
A remodel is a few hundred decisions. We make them with you, in order, before anyone picks up a hammer. Then we keep the schedule we gave you.

Kitchens
Layout, cabinetry, stone, lighting. Six to ten weeks, one point of contact.

Bathrooms
Full gut or refresh. Tile, waterproofing and plumbing done to inspection, not to “good enough”.

Additions & ADUs
New rooms, second stories and backyard units. We carry the permit from drawing to final.

Whole-home remodels
Everything at once, sequenced so you only move out once, if at all.

Protection & demo
Floors covered, dust walls up, haul-away scheduled. Neighbors get a note.

Structure & rough-ins
Framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Every inspection booked before the trade leaves.

Finishes
Drywall, tile, cabinets, paint. The slow part, done once.

Do you give fixed prices?
Yes. After design and selections you get a line-item contract. The price changes only if you change the scope.
Who pulls the permit?
We do, in our name, with the City of San Jose or your town. Plan-check comments are ours to answer.
Can we live in the house during a remodel?
Usually. Kitchens and baths yes, with a temporary set-up. Whole-home jobs are sequenced so you move once, if at all.
How long is the wait to start?
Typically 4–8 weeks after contract, mostly permit time. We book your slot when you sign.
