- Plumbing and electrical relocation to the new plan
- Waterproofing to a sheet membrane in every wet area
- Stone templating, tile, glass and appliance set
- A seven-day settling check after handover
Sequence
How the weeks go.
- Design and ordering Three to five weeks. Everything on site before day one.
- Demolition Two to three days.
- Rough trades Week one to two.
- Drywall, tile, cabinets Weeks three to six.
- Stone, fixtures, paint Weeks seven to eight.
- Settling check Day seven after handover.
