Financing is available through our lending partner for new homes, additions, remodels and ADUs. We introduce you once the scope is written, so the conversation is about a real project with a real schedule, not a number from a desk.
How it works
Three things to know.
- Construction and renovation loans through a lending partner who has funded our projects since 2017, released in stages as inspections pass.
- Terms are set after your site visit, against a written scope and schedule, so the loan matches the build rather than the other way round.
- We stay in the conversation. The superintendent's inspection record goes straight to the lender, which is what releases each stage on time.
