The bungalow that stayed.A 1926 craftsman bungalow on a corner lot, 1,640 square feet, bought by a couple who had grown up two streets away.

A great room with the garden in it.Lot 14, a 7,200 square foot lot with a hundred-year-old coast live oak at the back corner.

Four hundred square feet, no moving out.A 1948 stucco ranch with three small bedrooms and one bath, a family of five, and nowhere to go during a build.
