Questions

Straight answers.

Why camera first?

Because a cable can clear a symptom and miss a broken pipe. The camera tells us whether you have a clog or a problem.

What are the roots from?

Mostly street trees in the older neighborhoods, such as Niles, Centerville and Irvington. The lateral joints let them in.

Trenchless or dig?

Liners work when the pipe is intact but rough; a collapsed section needs digging. The camera decides.

We'll say when we can be there.
