Questions
Straight answers.
Tank or tankless?
Tankless suits homes that run out of hot water or want the space back. A good tank is still the right answer for many families; we tell you which.
Can you do it today?
Standard 40- and 50-gallon gas tanks, usually yes if you call before noon.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes, and the inspection. Unpermitted heaters cause trouble at resale.
