Questions we get on this job.

Does landscape lighting need a permit?

The low-voltage side does not. New 120V exterior outlets and circuits do, and we pull it.

Will the lights last through a Sunnyvale summer sprinkler cycle?

Brass and stainless fixtures with potted LED boards do. The plastic kits from the big-box store do not, which is why we do not install them.

Can I control it from my phone?

Yes, with a Wi-Fi transformer or a smart relay. Most clients prefer the astronomic timer and never touch it.
