Terms of Use

Obra Tech LLC · Effective October 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of obraup.com, our claim form, and our free preview websites. If you buy a plan, the Master Services Agreement governs that purchase and controls if it conflicts with this page.

1. Using the site

You may browse obraup.com and request a free preview. Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access, and no submitting information you don't have the right to submit.

2. Claim requests and previews

Requesting a free preview ("claiming") authorizes us to build a preview website from your business name, license number, and publicly available business information. A claim is free, does not obligate you to buy, and does not create a paid agreement.

Previews are samples. They are not published to search engines, they expire, and they are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the business shown until that business accepts our agreement. Anyone can ask us to remove a preview at support@obraup.com and we will.

3. Prices and offers

Prices and offers shown on obraup.com, in advertising, or in calls or messages are not a contract. The price that applies to you is the one on your Order Form at checkout.

4. No guarantees

We do not promise leads, search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Examples and statistics on this site are illustrative. See MSA § 11.

5. Our property

The obraup.com site, templates, code, design, and media belong to Obra Tech LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as your plan allows.

We link to and use third-party services (for example Stripe, Google, Vercel). We aren't responsible for them or their content.

7. Disclaimer and limit of liability

THE SITE AND PREVIEWS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT CALIFORNIA LAW ALLOWS. OBRA TECH LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR A FREE PREVIEW, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANYTHING ARISING FROM USE OF THE FREE SITE OR PREVIEWS IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHERE THE LAW PERMITS.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting the new version with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the update.

9. Governing law

California law applies. Disputes not covered by the MSA's arbitration terms go to the state or federal courts in Santa Clara County, California.
