Cancel any time
You can cancel your plan at any time, for any reason. No contract, no cancellation fee, no sales call.
How: email support@obraup.com. We may ask you to confirm it's you.
When it takes effect: at the end of your current paid month. You won't be charged again after that, and your site stays live until then.
Refunds
- Before your site goes live: if you cancel, we refund anything you were charged.
- After your site goes live: monthly fees aren't refunded, including partial months.
- If we charged you by mistake or without your permission: we refund it.
What happens to your things
- Your photos, text, logo and other content: they're yours. We'll return them in a common format when you ask. We keep an export available for 30 days after you cancel, then we may delete it.
- Your own domain (registered in your name): it stays yours. We stop pointing it at the site.
- A free address provided by Obra Tech LLC (like
yourbusiness.obraup.com): it belongs to us and stops working when your site comes down. - The site's underlying design and code: these stay with Obra Tech LLC.
Price changes
If we raise the price on an existing plan, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. You can cancel before then and won't pay the new price.
