What we fix
Help with leaks, drains, hot water and more.
Every truck carries the parts for the common jobs, so most calls are finished on the first visit.
Drain cleaning
Kitchen, shower, tub, floor drain or main line. Cable first, hydro-jet when the cable only buys you a month.
Most cleared in one visitWater heaters
Tank and tankless repairs, replacements and maintenance. We check the existing setup and discuss the right next step.
Replacement by arrangementLeak detection & repair
Slab leaks, wall leaks, the mystery damp patch. Acoustic and thermal gear finds it before we open anything.
Pinpointed before we cutSewer line repair
Camera inspection with a recording you keep, spot repair or trenchless lining. We put the lawn back.
Camera report includedToilets, faucets & fixtures
Running toilets, dripping faucets, new shower valves, garbage disposals. Parts on the truck for the common brands.
Usually under two hoursRepipes & gas lines
Copper or PEX whole-house repipes, gas lines for ranges and outdoor kitchens, pressure regulators. Permitted and inspected.

Flat-rate pricing
Quoted before we start. Never by the hour.
You see the number on the tech's tablet, you say yes or no, and only then does a tool come out of the truck.
- 1The quote comes first
We diagnose, then write the whole job up as one fixed price. No "we'll see when we open it up".
- 2The number doesn't move
If the job takes three hours instead of one, that's on us. You pay what you agreed to, not what the clock says.
- 3Nights and weekends cost the same
Ask about call-out charges and any after-hours fees before booking.
- 4Say no, pay nothing for the visit
If you need time to decide, ask how long the written estimate remains valid.
How a call goes
From your phone to a fixed pipe.
- Minute 0
You call, a person answers
Our dispatcher asks three questions and tells you where your shut-off valve is while you wait.
- Minute 2
A tech is dispatched
We confirm who is coming and the expected arrival window before the visit.
- On arrival
Diagnose, then quote
Shoe covers on. We find the cause, show you, and put one flat price on the tablet before any work starts.
- Same visit
Fixed, tested, cleaned up
Most jobs finish on the first visit. We run water, check for leaks, and leave the room the way we found it.

Water heater renewal
A 14-year-old tank in the garage, leaking from the base. Swapped for a new 50-gallon unit with seismic straps and a drain pan.
What Fremont says after the water's off.
“Called at 11:40 pm with water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Tech was at the door in Niles by 12:30, shut it off, quoted it, fixed it. Same price he'd have charged at noon.”
“Quote on the tablet before he touched a tool. Took longer than he thought because the old valve fought back. The number didn't change.”
“Second plumber we called on our 1960s Centerville place. First one wanted to repipe everything. Brightwater found the one bad fitting.”
“Tankless install was done by 3 pm, and he walked me through the flush I'm supposed to do every year. Nobody had ever told us that.”
“Sewer camera showed roots at 38 feet. They sent me the video. Spot repair, lawn put back, you can't tell.”
“Showed up when they said. Shoe covers. Cleaned up. I'm not sure what else you want from a plumber.”
“The dispatcher told me how to shut off the main while I waited. That phone call probably saved my floors.”

Before you call
Questions we hear at midnight.
Do you really come out at 3 am?
Yes. Two techs are on call every night. If water is running where it shouldn't, we come. If it can safely wait until morning, the dispatcher will tell you so and book the first slot instead.
How much will it cost?
We don't quote from a phone call, because we'd be guessing. The tech diagnoses on site and gives you one flat price before starting. If you say no, there's nothing to pay for the visit.
Where is my water shut-off?
In most Fremont houses it's a valve where the main enters, usually at the front hose bib or in the garage. Turn it clockwise. Can't find it? Call, and the dispatcher will walk you there.
Do you pull permits?
Yes, with the City of Fremont, Newark or Union City, for water heaters, repipes, gas lines and sewer work. We book the inspection and meet the inspector.
Is the work guaranteed?
Ask about workmanship and product coverage. The applicable terms and conditions belong in your written proposal.
Still have water where it shouldn't be?
Tell us what’s wrong. We’ll explain the next step.
Call to describe the problem and check availability. We explain the proposed work and cost before repairs begin.
