We work from your architect's drawings or introduce you to one of the three we trust. One project manager runs the job from the soils report to the certificate of occupancy, and the schedule we sign is the schedule we keep.

Same roofline, same stucco texture, same window proportions, so the neighbors can't tell where old met new. Most families stay in the house while we work; we seal the work zone and keep the kitchen running.

Whole-home remodels

Kitchens, baths and everything between them in one pass with one schedule.

You move out once, not three times. We open up the plan where it makes sense, bring the electrical and plumbing up to current code while the walls are open, and finish every room to the same standard.

ADUs

Detached and garage-conversion units from 400 to 1,000 sq ft.

San Jose's pre-approved ADU plans cut months off permitting, and we've built most of them. We handle the utility connections, the setback questions and the neighbor conversations.

Kitchens & baths

Single-room remodels where moving the plumbing is worth it.

We take kitchens and baths on their own when the work is structural or mechanical: a range moved to an exterior wall, a curbless shower with a linear drain, a vanity someone can roll under. Cosmetic refreshes we point elsewhere.
