Refinish of 32 cabinet doors and drawer fronts plus the boxes: doors removed, numbered, de-greased, sanded, primed with a bonding primer and sprayed in our shop; boxes masked and sprayed on site. New brass pulls fitted to the existing holes.

Materials and prep
What went on the wall.
- Finish Waterborne alkyd cabinet enamel, sprayed, satin
- Primer Bonding primer over de-glossed oak; grain filled on the fronts
- Shop Doors sprayed flat, both sides, in a dust-controlled booth
- Site Kitchen sealed with zip walls, boxes sprayed, counters masked
- Hardware Existing hinges adjusted, new brass pulls
- Cure Soft-close left off for 48 hours while the enamel hardened
